This workout is amazing. My legs have never been so sore!! And Tanji is so easy to follow along with...

Really Cool Concept!


I loved it! The positive- easy to download, I use iTunes and it was really simple to upload to my ipod. I also liked Tanji's tips through the exercises. The negative- once you purchase, you have to upload each exercise seperately...but that's minor. I'm sure that's something they can fix. I'm going to try something from Valerie, now....she rocks! I'll let you guys know what I think.
