I downloaded this workout after a friend of mine told me what an amazing workout she got from it. The downloading part was easy, the music kept me going and I was totally wiped out after this workout. Summer kicks your butt! It was a little hard to do because I haven't been in the gym in a while, but I can see how this will drop some weight! (hopefully)
