Okay...at first I felt a little bit like a 5th grader back in PE. But once I got into it, it really was a lot of fun and she totally kicked my butt! I never thought the bear crawl could be a good cardio workout...but I was wrong. I'm sure the people at the part enjoyed watching me do it, too! :) If you're in a rut with cardio, I highly recommend this workout.
