Hello, I really got an amazing ab workout from Summer. It hurt to laugh, which is always a good sign! I plan to work this on my cardio days Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.....my abs should be rockin' by summer! (No pun intended....)

Its a nice workout but it would have been better if it was a video workout to make sure you are doing it correct.
