Everyone wants a huge chest. Bodybuilders and the general male population spend a great deal of time on this body part. A thick, massive chest with a deep valley down the center is impressive and badge of honor. Chest happens to be one of Branch Warren’s favorites because when he works chest, his whole body gets pumped up…especially when training with him.
Remember to use weight you can handle and check your ego at the door. Proper form is more important than how much you can lift.

Dip Belt with Chain to add weight; dumbbell or plate
A Dip Station or Two parallel bars that are about shoulder width apart for the dip.
Peck Deck Machine
Branch uses an anchor weight for his weighted dips. Yes, an ‘anchor weight’. If you have one of those lying around, throw it around your neck and see if you can dip like Branch.
