The warm-up and series of exercises were good; however, I felt there was too much "down time" between the 1st series and 2nd series of exercies. I would recommend, but next time around, I will have to incorporate some cardio like punching the bag, kick-boxing, to keep the heart-rate up.

I enjoyed the workout with Nicole. My heart was pumping and I got a good sweat going....more boot camp style workouts!
