I've never had the chance to go to one of Jen's phat camps and I heard about this workout at the Arnold and downloaded it as soon as I got home. It's just like Jen is right next to me, it was awesome! I felt the burn throughout the workout and I can't wait to do it again!

Jenny Hendershott is the shit! She gives you a "no-holds-barred" session that will give you a super-star workout. Do it at your gym, in your basement or in your front yard. The only weak link in this workout will be you.

Love this workout...really fun...you can do it anywhere...seriously...it really accomodates well to travel and even if you don't have a stepper you can it most of it in a hotel room..and it is hard..Thanks again Jen...now I might be ready for my next PHAT camp!

Jen is the most motivated, dedicated, professional athlete I have ever met. She knows what works and she shares it with you. She will get your heart and blood pumping. It is a love/hate relationship! Jen Hendershott rocks out another kick butt workout! I am impressed!
