I lived in Queens, NY until I was 4 years old at which time my family moved to East Meadow, NY.

My sister, Nicole, and I grew up in the suburban town of East Meadow in Nassau County.

I played Soccer from the age of 8 years old up until the 11th grade in High School (17 years old).

I started running track and cross-country as a senior in High School. I graduated from East Meadow High School in June, 1986.

In 1986, I received a partial scholarship to Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, where I was Pre-Med and I continued running competitively for the next 3 years. Incidentally, I weighed only 140 pounds.
10 years later, 1996, I placed 4th in the Heavyweight Class at the NPC NATIONALS in Dallas, TX weighing in at 268lbs.
7 years later, 2003, I placed 2nd in the Super Heavyweight Class at NPC USA in Las Vegas, NV, in what would be my highest placing to date. My weight was a sliced 262lbs.
