All you have to do is submit your story about your own personal fitness journey and why you train with MyBodyBeats.com and include two photos of yourself. Your team here at MyBodyBeats.com will review your submissions and post the most inspiring stories and photos on our large main feature banner on our home page! We’ll also post stories and photos on our blog.

Am I eligible?
Only those who have purchased downloadable workouts from MyBodyBeats.com are eligible. Purchases must be made prior to Sunday, August 31st at midnight, the closing date for submissions.
What do I submit and How?
We’ve made it pretty easy. All you have to do is send an email to nikki@mybodybeats.com with your story in 200 words or less. The email must also include 2 photos of yourself; a before and a now.
What should my story say?:
We want to know you! When did you realized that training hard, eating clean and being active was the lifestyle for you? You MUST include why you like training with MyBodyBeats.com and which workouts and/or trainers have helped you.
Some of other things you can include in your story are: What is your motivation? Do you train because you love the burn and you love the results or do you train for better performance in a sport or activity? What’s your favorite body part to train? How long have you been training? How do you fit training into your busy schedule?
What should my two(2) photos look like?:
One photo of yourself before you discovered the benefits of training and eating healthy and a second photo of your strong, confident and healthy self today. Please include when both photos were taken. Your ‘now’ photo needs to have been taken within 30 days of your submission.
When do I submit by?
We are accepting submissions through Sunday August 31st at midnight.
The MyBodyBeats team will review all submissions and begin posting your stories and photos the following Sunday; September 7th 2008. If selected, your photo and story will remain on the MyBodyBeats home page as a large feature for a minimum of 4 weeks. Selections posted to the MyBodyBeats blog will remain on the blog for an unspecified amount of time.

Your submission constitutes your full and unconditional agreement with MyBodyBeats, Inc. to post your story and photos on MyBodyBeats.com. Your submission constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of the below rules and decisions of the MyBodyBeats, Inc., which are final and binding
(a) no professional athletes (b) no nude, indecent, offensive, or pornographic photos (c) no supplement endorsements (d) your story must be original and must not have been previously published (e) your story and photos should not contain any material that may infringe or violate the rights, trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property or other rights of any third party (f) photos must not be altered or enhanced in any way (g) by submitting your story and photos, you agree to release and hold harmless MyBodyBeats, Inc. from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of your submission
