Ever wonderd were the most sexually satisfied men live? Or where the worlds healthiest men live? Men’s Health conducted a study they call “The World’s Best Countries for Men”. The study shares secrets about things like health, nutrition and fitness with men from all around the world. But ladies…you can use this study to your advantage, too. Most Nutritious- Portugal
Portuguese men eat a serving of fish a day. That’s enough omega-3 fatty acid to reduce their risk of heart disease and possibly prostate cancer. Fish is also an excellent source of lean protien.
Most Fit- Netherlands
According to this Men’s Health study, one in five Dutch men can see their abs and nearly that same abount ride their bike to work. Coincidence? Absolutely not. Cycling is one of the best interval exercises you can do. You’ll get your heart rate up and build muscle at the same time. So next time you have to go a few blocks, opt for the bike instead of the car!
Most Relaxed- Spain
What we can learn from the Spaniards is this; take more breaks and longer vacations. Can’t take an entire month off for vacation like the Spaniards do? Plan several mini vacations and be sure to leave the office during the day and feel the sunshine on your face. Sunshine is an automatic de-stressor.
Healthiest- Australia
Aussie men take pride in their bodies. They exercise regularly to grow the stereotypical Aussie muscle bods, which makes them healthy, they often trade in their starches for red meat, which educes their systolic blood pressure, and they very unlikely to smoke.
Most Sexually Satisfied- United Kingdom
The Brits are not afraid to ask you what you like and they don’t shy away from telling you what they like. Yes…it all comes down to communication. (And all in a sexy British accent, too!)
Happiest- Mexico
Great beaches, great Tequila, and great food. Mmm…I’ll bet the Latin lovers have happy ladies, too!
